I feel bad for this show. It had a good concept, a mock of reality shows that showed the inside life of a fictional group of characters. The first season or two were funny. They were pretty funny. But later on, it degraded in quality. If you want to watch it, go ahead, but only the first two seasons. If you don't want the show to be ruined for you, ONLY watch the first two seasons.
