Ken Smith

It's perhaps passable to someone who hasn't read the books, but it's a horrible betrayal of the story as told in the books. If you like the show, enjoy it. It's another example of pushing contemporary social justice values into the face of a good story.

This was excellent. This version did away with the weakest pieces of the cinematic release; the campy humor and choppy or nonexistent character development. It flowed well, was entertaining, and the epilogues were outstanding. A huge upgrade and worth the time to watch.
