Sci fi series really need to hire some realistic “future” engineers. I begrudgingly made it through the whole first episode and boy is this one wholy unrealistic in so so many facets. The character interactions seem forced and quick and we wonder why we should care also how like 3 scientists are standing around in a field with an alien ship and the fate of the world in their hands?!? like there wouldn’t be entire armies of scientists on this project. Over the top acting brings this unbelievable story full circle to the garbage sci fi world. Could’ve been an interesting story line but actors and execution killed it, and not in a good way...
