The show itself is good, but I found I had to take it in small doses -- Patton Oswald's voice had that annoyance factor that got worse with everything he said. I'd recommend following the example of Moving Art and just play nice music instead of trying to be a comedian for this documentary.

Love this series... Hilda is a breath of fresh air and troll spray.

Nice premise, but come on, Godzilla and King Kong are so over-done I had to force myself to watch John Goodman's horribly annoying performance. I know there's a sequel, but really, why?

This was written by L Frank Baum, who also wrote the Oz books and other children's stories. I've loved it since I was a kid. Santa is actually in one of the Oz books, The Road to Oz and I love that crossover. Make sure you introduce your children to Oz and Baum and Santa!

Okay, so the animation style is way too ren & stimpy... spongebob sqarepants styling with the close-up ugly faces, etc. The opening scene where Goofy and Minnie are both beside themselves with glee when Mikey shows up is really stupid. So the writers tried looking at other anime series over the past couple decades and imitated them, to their own peril. I'm sure Disney will be all proud of their new tv show but seriously, I miss the shiny anime style from the '90s and before. The new stuff seems so flimsy and badly done.

I tried watching it. I was overwhelmed by how "white-washed" the whole thing was. In the first appearance of a witch, you can feel just how fake the whole thing is. Also, the narrator was way too overwhelming and should have been cut from it altogether. I'll stick with Lovecraft Country if I want a mix of good fantasy and black history.

Will Ferral and I agree on Politics... that's it. The man is to acting as thumb-tacks are to oatmeal... ouch! In this movie he succeeds at making pervious versions of Sherlock Holmes from recent years look good. I hope to never see him on the big screen again.
