I think "Finding Your Roots" is very interesting and I watch it often.
Prof. Gates presents the geneologies of his guests in a very entertaining way. Some of his guests are very well known and some not as well known but every one is very interesting and it is amazing how the history and families can be traced back hundreds of years. It's certainly worth watching.
