The story line is weak; it reeks of the collaborative writings/creation of middle-high schoolers. In addition, the acting is dull, repetitive lines…over & over👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 A somewhat decent writer could have made this a plausible story…I feel sorry for the actors because I’ve seen many of them perform quite well in their previous works, but I assume that they had to do as they were directed…🥲

The first season was stellar w a “road map” that encompassed well written scenarios….that made sense. After the 1st season ended, storyline was steadily downhill…Why the Judge &hubby became parents made no sense @ all; baby was “thrown in” like an “extra”. Storylines became just “silly”/nonsensical….Did the writers change? (& it’d been better to have killed off the husband than to have “stuck in” a stand-in…

As much as I like Lily Tomlin, the “Frankie personality” character is too “over the top” after a while….just too intrusive in the other’s lives. Overall, as a mature person, myself, I like a show centered around seniors👍🏽

I have loved this show: seasons 1-5, but, to me, Ray’s getting beat up way too much in EVERY episode of S.6.... It’s detracting from the strong fixed image that he used to portray....Sad Sad Sad.....😗
