The game has really good bones. General gameplay is fun, and it's visually stunning. That's about all I can say positive about it, because (much like the first one) this game is entirely story driven, and the story is very dry.
TLOU2 game starts off strong, but never gives you a chance to develop any real appreciation for the characters. The way this game unfolds is very unusual, and not in a charismatic way. Experimental for sure.
