Marcus, thank you for what you did for Alex. I don’t think he will ever be able to really realize what you tried to do for him. Your face shows the pain when his face only shows understanding. Even knowing the truth he will never be able to feel what you feel and understand what you went through. The memories and scars of abuse can only disappear hitting your head and be blessed with the gift of amnesia, believe me, I know.
