This film starts out confusing and requires your full attention for the plot lines between reality and the distorted reality of the soldiers PTSD mind to come in clear focus. This film hits hard and had me crying from empathy at about the half way point, it left me filled with a desperate sorrow by the end. This is an important film and it deserves your commitment to fully engage in the realities presented to you. It helps to understand that you are sharing in the soldiers confusion.
