An incredibly poor film, it does nothing to entice or excite for the future of the franchise. The film suffers from similar problems to 'The Last Jedi', whilst somehow managing to be inferior and somehow far less exciting. With horrible exposition-heavy dialogue, almost no emotion or chemistry is felt between the characters, and apart from the touching scene with Harrison Ford's Solo and Adam Driver's Kylo Ren, there are no real emotion moments or payoffs. Terrible execution and the terrible climax fully embodies this trilogy, with no planning or thought out emotional climaxes. A misuse of genuinely interesting charcters only further taints this trilogy, with Finn being the main culprit of this. The only redeeming quality is the performances from the actors, the visual effect and the musical score. 4/10, would only reccomend
