Anybody never should fall in the clutches of critical reviews and try to look themselves. Yes it is different so? Are we concentrating on Mushu or on the legend of Mulan. Less is more! The movie is just beautiful without any comic. It is beautiful without any songs. But, it contains some portrayals of the Animation. It tried to provide the message that Mulan manifested herself as chi which is the power of every human on the earth. She is the pheonix, the guardian of the dynasty, it's protector. I think this movie would be only understood by intended audiences.This is just more serious form of adaptation of the disney original. Does it matters to have comedy or the journey of Mulan from a girl to a legend? It tries to respect the original animated film even adding the mythological Chinese medieval dimension. The tried to add a guardian of the power of emperor as a Phoenix rather than a comical Mushu character. Mulan's sister is a side character. Mulan is beautiful, elegant, brave, loyal and true. Mulan has the power of Phoenix within herself who is a normal girl coming to save the whole dynasty. The witch is pretty controversial character. All of Mulan 's patterns where present. We are underrating the film for its lesser comic relief or character development. Mulan is a great legend and a truly inspiring story. The girl who became a soldier, the soldier became a leader and a leader a legend.

One of the worst bollywood movie ever in history. What happened to bollywood? Once the bollywood had a golden era of golden people. But now , it has many films of broken tin! In this film , only Akshay Kumar is appreciable. Very nice actor. Otherwise useless. Many wonderful actors are useless in this film! Kiara Advani is just a sub-role. Music is worst ever! Cringing music. Making joke with God in 'Bambholle' song. Main message is very nice but , could be spread in a much better way rather than adding a spice of comedy. Better to see the Kanchana film. Worst ever.
