I didn't like the production. It seemed like it was based around the idea of the, "Heroic American" and the, "Communist villain." Which is a pretty problematic premise to base a musical on. On top of that, the entire production reminded me of Calculon from Futurama, like a parody of over-dramatic acting. In summary, the play was built on a racist foundation that took itself to seriously. It was cluttered with superfluous action and expensive props, without really having a plot.
