This book has *some* useful reference that can help some people, but it has to be taken with a grain of salt. So called "sovereign citizens" use this book to attempt to tell law enforcement that laws of public roadways don't apply to them, and it ends up hurting those that are not smart enough to realize that the book has MAJOR flaws, and can not be used as legal code.
Everyone that reads this book should probably also verse themselves with the case law of Pennsylvania Vs Mimms. This specific case law is quite often ignored by many "sovereign citizens" because of this very book, and they pay dearly for it. No one should actually read this book without also versing themselves in ACTUAL case law. You've been warned.
