I love the Tombraider games. They have some of the best graphics of any games I've played. I would have to say that Shadow of the Tombraider is my favorite, but Rise of the Tombraider (20 year edition) is great as well. The games have extremely well made graphics, story line, and character developments. With that being said, there are a lot of side components like challenges, survival caches, challenge tombs, et cetera that are very difficult to complete when going back a second time around to find them all. Without completing them all, the game remains unfinished 100% of the way. This can be both good and bad. Good because you get to continue playing the game after the main story is complete, but bad because it is extremely time consuming and some of these missions are difficult to complete/ items are difficult to find without a walkthrough or help from online. The games are extremely long, and if you like long story lines and vastly different sceneries presented in the games, this is definitely the type of game for you. Despite how long it takes to play them and some minor less than awesome details, I will rate the games 5 stars because they are really good quality games and peak your interest. You can tell there is a lot of love, time, effort, and research put into these games.
If you play any of them, play Shadow of the Tombraider. This one, in my opinion, is more developed than some of the others. Despite not having as many weapon options to choose from, the game has a great story line and side challenges are generally very engaging and witty.
