As a long time fan Starwars it's hard to get my head around the differences between the original trilogy and the two newer trilogies. Although The Rise of Skywalker has it's moments where you're left thinking, they could have done that differently, or skipped that character, it is overall, a good movie. You really cannot compare it to the first 3, but this one does finish the Skywalker saga quite well, especially the ending scenes, nice touch. It's a shame Lucas didn't do this series, his touch would have made this as authentic as the first three. It does seem very hollywood in parts, and for some reason they keep creating the most annoying characters ever, thankfully no Jar Jar in these ones.
