(No Spoilers!) I have read the comics and I was so thrilled at how the film adaptation took the storyline for Andromache & Nile. More on the back stories of all the caharacters would have given better insight if this came as a Seasonal movie instead of a single feature length movie; nonetheless, it hit all the right notes to keep us all wanting more. The fight scenes in this movie were on point. I applaud both the actors and the stunt teams for a job well done. The directors did well hiding some interesting plots from the audience which was only revealed in the post credit scene.; which is why we look forward to more exciting unique attributes from Nile Freeman in the next installment. Since she is an immortal, her dreams ability could unravel a lot about the post credit scene and what to expect going forward. The writers did exceptional work, giving meaning to decisions and actions by the characters.... Even the villains. The CEO of Merrick, Booker, Copley, Andromache & Nile all had legitimate; if not, maniacal reasons for why they did what they did. Overall, this film adaptation was on point and made sure we enjoyed a lot of action, drama, suspense, culture et al. Well done to everyone and good job to Charlize (Andromache, the Scythian) Theron & Kiki (Nile "Newbie" Freeman) Layne.
