If it could get zero stars, thatโs my rating for a good story which falls flat and is boring. The 1939 picture of The Woman was snappy with sharp dialogue and was poignant in some scenes. It is a delightfiul film to watch. This remake falls with a thud and you pick up the reels and put them where they belong - in the garbage pail!
