This movie about Anthony Bourdainโs addictions, sudden rise to fame and suicide made me realize the value of my own life of feeling. Bourdains own testimony along with those of his friends brought me to contemplate what most matters to me, the mystery of my own being. I, along with many, was dazzled and then deserted by Bourdain. I thought he had the greatest job in the world. Go see Roadrunner and fill the sucking emptiness of Bourdains rise and fall with the abundance that he could not feel but so surrounded him.
