Followed the animated original so closely that it came off as unimaginative and unnecessary. I loved the animated movie. The live action tries so hard to be just like the original but comes off as a second rate impersonation. All performances were subpar to original. This move did not need to be made; it didn't provide anything new or creative to the lore or story. It is just a far less effective retelling of the animated movie.

Didn't care for this one. Poor writing, little-to-know character development left me caring little for anyone's fate. Opportunities for humor were missed. I like James Gunn's other work but this didn't work at all for me.

Driven by a plot without anyone at the wheel. A magical wishing rock is the best evil villain Warner Bros could come up with? Big disappointment
