Well done series that sucks you in. I started watching and couldn’t stop. My 22 yo son who NEVER stays and watches television shows was unable to walk away. The series deals with rape, though it stays firmly away from gratuitously showing the act. The story lines are interwoven and gripping. Not the fastest paced story but really well written. This series won’t be for everyone. Unfortunately the trauma Marie goes through is probably a scenario that plays out all too often: first by her attacker, then by the detectives, then by the “system.”
