This wonderful little film was the first Christmas film that my children and I ever saw. Every Christmas throughout their childhood we watched it with warmth and excitement. I was a single mother with four young children so money was sparse but our Christmases, helped by this film, were wonderful. I have, over the year's tried to find a good copy for my Grandchildren but failed. As it was the last work Fred Astaire did on Television It would be a wonderful tribute to him to be introduced to a whole new world of children who would benefit from seeing 'The Man In The Santa Clause Suit.' There hasn't been another Christmas film to rival it since. I hope someone will work magic and bring the lovely Fred Astaire and this wonderful little film back to life.
