Only the graphics are good; it really feels like a Hollywood film. Other than that, there's not much to praise. The cameos are unnecessary, the fights are boring, and the film isn't engaging at all. The second half is slightly better than the first half.
Kudos to the VFX team, as that is the only good thing about the film. For the night show I attended today, there were only about 15 people in the entire theatre, which was 95% empty. I had high expectations for the film based on the trailer and promotions.
I don't think the combination of Puranas and Sci-fi worked; it could have been done better. Considering the budget and effort that went into making this film, along with the amazing cast, they could have done a better job. Prabhas is definitely overrated. Why are we fixating on him as the only "star" suitable for such roles? There are more skilled actors in the Indian film industry.
It seems that when it comes to "stars," the Indian film industry doesn't prioritize talent or merit. We see the same familiar faces repeatedly, even as they deliver flop after flop. It's high time to let merit prevail in films as well.
There's an epidemic of fake reviews aimed at boosting mediocre movies. Let's put an end to these falsehoods, as they don't benefit anyone in the long run.
