Fed up on with the over reporting of Covid related news. How to take a second or third rate news story and overinflate it over report it. I'm so happy though that nothing is happening in the world now that Australia has Covid. If I hear one more story about the rollout of vaccination which, most of it is not news. What about being told things that are informative so we can be aware of what is happening without this new 'alarmist' news. The ABC is not the only news station, guilty of this. I wish I had started listing the escalation of wording related to the Covid. HUGE, TERRIFYING, RAVAGING. If I was a kid in Australia and listened to the news you could forgive them for being anxious about their future or the future of the world - such negativity and it is daily, not only daily it is repeated ad nauseum for days. The same news reported, with a slightly different slant. As I say so happy that nothing else is happening in the world - Journalism has become all about reporting on Covid or flakey silly side stories. Also I just love the emphasis the newsreaders put on the 'scary' words. Give us a break
