It was just a normal Wednesday, the trees struggling to breath. The moon was shredded into pieces from the last invasion. I was sitting on the beach, enjoying the mutated seagulls, as they vomited acid from their beaks. Everyone on earth had to wear these hazmat suits, they felt uncomfortable. It was like a space suit but less heavy and chunky. As I was about to leave and go home, I saw a small dot heading towards me. It grew bigger as it fell to the earth. I ran with all my strength. I fell to my knees as it hit the ground. As I picked myself up, I saw it. My eyes lit up with fear as I saw, I giant black cube. I slowly walked to it as my legs shook like they were jelly. I saw blue lit up lines as they wrapped around the cube. I thought โthat blue colour looks like the power source used for the transporter x-22โ. As I was observing the strange box, I could hear the engine grow louder. I suddenly stepped back as a staircase folded out of the cube. White smoke poured out as a black figured appeared. It stood there menacingly. At first it looks kind of badass until I saw a shine reflect off the sun. My senses told me to run as far away as possible, but I stood there. Whatever this aliensโ intentions was, I didnโt care. My life wasnโt worth living anymore. My feelings took over my scenes. it walked down the staircase. I couldnโt describe the amount of fear I was in. I saw it. I saw is green head as it reflected off the sun. it was holding somewhat of a weapon. I assumed it was an alien because I havenโt seen this type of species before. I slowly walked back as it stomped down the staircase. Suddenly, I fell to the ground as a black shadow jumped over me. I hit the ground with a THUD. I felt dizzy and I could see stars. I used all my energy to turn my head to face the cube. it was a battle. A showdown between the black shadow and the alien. I tried to move but I was still recovering from the fall. My senses told me to look for an escape or help. I looked around and saw my phone. My eyes lit up with happiness โI was savedโ I though. i used the rest of my energy to reach the phone. I grabbed the phone and imminently called the police. As the battle continued, I tried to pick myself up from the sandy beach. Gunfire echoed around me. I was scared. Tears ran down my cheeks. โI donโt want to dieโ I said. I was filled with determination to get out of here. I picked myself up off the ground and I ran. I ran to the gravel road I came from. I saw lights in the far distance of the road. I could only see two flashing colours. I recognised the colours from somewhere, but I was clueless.
