They cancelled my policy for trying to get a code for a new comer family to Canada as they needed help due to language difficuilty. The qoute was done under the new family's name and address but I was accused of insuring someone else under my name. it was totally disgustful and frustrating. I called the company and tried to explain but they are not willing to listen. They know that the qoute has all of their information not mine. it is very stupid, as Square one is an online company, so they have to consider miscommunication online. All they look at is the numbers, they do not care who the person is. There is no human connection between the insurer and the homeowner. They have ruined my credit by adding a insurance policy cancellation to my record. Also they have good rates, but wait until you have a claim, that is when you can decide how good is your insurance company. Goodluck everyone
