I just watched "Uncut Gems" on Netflix. What a ride. Adam Sandler is terrific in this tense crime drama. The story had me hooked from the first scenes in Africa to the frantic pace of Sandler's bleak life. Watch this movie soon, but don't expect the goofy Adam Sandler from "Happy Gilmore".
