I first saw Pokemon back when I was 5 year old and stopped watching and now because of this quarantine I watched the whole series from the beginning. I felt nostalgic in beginning of series that is in Kanto series where original companions are present and they are Misty and Brock. After watching the whole series from Kanto to Alola and beyond Alola i.e Pokemon 2019 series I felt it changed a lot and it was fun and interesting. In my opinion Pokemon XY and Z was the best series and then we have Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. I would recommend XY and XYZ series. Trust me it was best series made by the company. Everything was amazing, the artstyle, the Pokemon introduced, the battles, The travel companions Clemont, Bonnie and Serena; Each of the companions are unique and they have their own specific role. Idk why people complain about Amourshipping it was the best shipping in Pokemon series history it was cute too. Dumb people commented that Amourshipping is stupid and one sided but thats not true. Infact all other shippings in Pokemon are one sided but this one(Amourshipping) was specifically better and where Ash showed kind of attraction in few cases watch the whole series by yourself and you will understand and there is a dumb comment saying 'Serena wasn't that important that Ash forgot her when they met during their childhood' well its been like years plus he is so dedicated to be a Pokemon Master and also he remembered later in that episode that she was Serena from summer camp. So thats with the shipping part but Pokemon series is mainly is for Pokemon so shipping may not be that important plus Amourshipping is official too. Anyway XY and XYZ series are the best. I will recommend this series.
