I wanted to like this book so much. I was annoyed throughout reading it - lack of character development, ridiculous plot twists that had zero build up. I understand that you want to catch the readers by surprise but the writing didn’t create that shock value because characters weren’t developed properly. Great storyline idea - poorly executed.
