I definitely thought at first this wasn't going to be a good movie. But it surprisingly proved me wrong. I think the message behind it all is that the first year can be tough when you lose a loved one. I lost my mother 4 years ago and it was really hard and some days it still is. But the point of the movie is that this party girl was able to think about others and their happiness rather than just thinking about her own. There were some things I would change but other than that I thought it was a great movie. I teared up at the father and daughter moment when they were singing. All in all, I think it serves the purpose that no matter what our loved ones will always be there even if we can't see them.
