Its a very well written and directed movie. you need to concentrate on the dialogues which r very humorous. Though the pace is sluggish but still the movie is enjoyable as all the characters r very interesting and well defined. As usual shahenshah is at his best his portrayal of an old and greedy landlord will be remembered for a very long time .its a cult movie .Must watch.
