This film has several inaccurate or over the top claims that are not fully supported by scientific literature, so it is important to do research outside of this documentary. It is also worth mentioning that these "nutrition experts" do not have the RDN (registered dietitian nutritionist) credentials, so some of their words should be taken lightly. Overall, this film had very aggressive marketing tactics towards veganism, while putting blame on the consumer for eating animal-based products. Plant-based diets contribute several benefits but be careful analyzing this literature. :)
