As someone tired of reboots I wasn't exactly dying to see this. In reality, the biggest draw for me was that a friend and fellow actor I had worked with years ago was in it as Ma Kent. It also didn't hurt that scenes were filmed in Cleveland, my hometown. HOWEVER, I really liked this movie. All the cast did great and the story (although, very sad at some points) has an overall hopeful and positive feeling in the end. I HIGHLY recommend seeing this movie.
