Total manipulation on the part of Netflix. As a viewer we're dragged into the life of Elisa Lam, we feel terrible for her and we truly want justice for her. We want to find out what happens to her and find the people who did this to her. Only to be pushed deeper down the rabbit hole of lies, deception and conspiracy to come out the other side with the truth that has nothing to do with all those rubbish conspiracies. It's emotional manipulation in order to force people to binge an entire series for no reason. An insult to everyone struggling with mental health and to Elisa Lam's family. Netflix should be ashamed of it.
