The protagonist is whiney, oblivious, miserable, and annoying. She completely missed the mark with her interactions with the rest of the characters that just fed into her painful behaviors. The story actually had potential. The world created was I find almost brilliant. I am fortunate my sister bought the series for me and I hadn't paid for it myself.
