Wonderful series! Great hosting, very engaging, edifying and thoroughly inspiring! The series charts the very trying times of the first brave Christians and fulfils its aim of enlightening us viewers, shaking us out of our stupor and illustrates the immediate and active resistance to the Gospel from its inception. The series really delivers on connecting the Jesus’ story and His message via the key eye- witnesses, their resultant doubts, trials, tribulations and persecutions. Dave successfully brings to life the historic people, places and events for us to leisurely watch from the comfort of our homes. This series brings it all to life and it is worth every minute of air-time. So glad I watched it. Sorry the series is ended. Will have to watch it again! Highly recommended!
