This book was absolutely bollocks, couldn't even finish it— that's how absolutely awful it was. Terrible editing, cringy (like, made my SKIN CRAWL kind of cringe) and completely unnecessary & out of place scenes. I WISH I could rate it lower because it's not even one star. If you enjoyed this book, get help because there's something wrong with you. Zade is by far the WORST character in modern literature. Everything he does juxtaposes things he says and thinks. He's extremely demented and hypocritical. I can't even talk about Adeline without just straight up being mean. So yeah if you enjoy ACTUAL dark romance, do not waste your money.
