This is an interesting also, informative cooking show. Gordon Ramsey and his co-chefs are fair and succinct. Fun show to watch. The biggest and only complaint is that the time limit is too narrow. For instance, the Salmon cutting challenge was 15 minutes & all of the chefs critiquing the cuts mentioned to every Junior chef was to, “take a little more time to get those even cuts.” Well, geez…they should’ve have had more time, even if it were 5 or 10 more minutes for a first time chef procedure so complicated, that comes with practice to get the best results. You’re giving them a limited amount of time and then throwing it in their face!

With wonderful Anne Burrell is Carla Hall. This is going to be even better a season than most. We did love Alex and Racheal, but this will be a great season with Carla. My family loves this show so much!

One of the most annoying things this show does is make the music as loud as the narration. This makes hearing the full dialog difficult. Many of the drama shows have developed this bad directing practice so our family have opted to not record or watch those series. Your episode on 3/12 about Angie Dodge was interesting and well done. We were distracted completely throughout the program with the loud background ‘drama building’ music. Please make it easier for people to hear the voices of these great stories.
