Scott is WAY TOO CHEAP. No one should EVERY buy a house from this guy. He drives an expensive car while appearing to screw the potential buyers by doing the least amount possible to renovate the homes. The completely disrespectful attitude displayed by Scott toward his wife is outrageous. His comment about "you're not going to spend my money" just sends me through the roof. Your money? You're married, buddy. You should work as a team instead of an antagonistically. "I'm sorry Amie isn't comfortable here, but I'm glad she's gone." Really? What the hell is wrong with you? BUYER BEWARE.
