I completed this book, and i am falling short of words to express how much I love it, she write like some seasoned professional writer, honestly i was not expecting that, the story, the character building, the metaphors, the language, the ending, everything was too perfect, it was so engaging that i completed it within 24 hours, so you can imagine how much I love it. I got goosebumps while reading the last few chapters. I have noted few of the lines which I believe to be iconic and can only be thought of or be written by a brilliant mind,
This one is my favourite “She was almost always lonely, but rarely alone. Today she was both.”
Like it just felt like a blow to my soul. Then, “DID HER SMILE MUSCLES HURT?” I never read such a painful line. Then the whole Bulbul and Hope scenario just loved it loved it loved it. The metaphor of Damodar River, ohh again loved it.
There were few my favourite powerful linesss like this one “After all, does a woman need to give birth in order to be a mother?” And then “After all you first need to fight your inner demons before dealing with the outer ones”
In case you know Amrita Pritam, and her epic novel PINJAR, which is like internationally celebrated, she wrote something of that level. I am eagerly eagerly eagerly waiting for her next novel now.
Now I know why everyone give 5 star to it because its really worth 5 star.
