The hype got me! I painfully kept picking this up and putting it back down. Nothing happens in this book. Not a fan of the structure, switching between the two protagonists each chapter. I love Sally’s other reads but this was a complete bore. Too many short, jolted sentences - nothing flows. Read if there’s nothing left on the shelves.
