I do love animations and a great story...
But... Even though Wish has an amazing and beautiful visual design; the narrative and the moral side of it, is way off to what should be done or taught.
They are making her be the good guy when she ain't and forcing the King to be a villain when he ain't...
Like... What is wrong is applauded and what is misunderstood is treated as wrong...
From the beginning she did wrong behind wrong and she would say it and admit to it, but then everyone seems to applaud her and help her wrong doings...
For the King, he was threatened, challenged and forced (to be a villain when he shouldn't have become one in the first place)...
Like... There are consequences to be met and she did not met any... She did not accepted nor attended her consequences but acted like a brat that wants to get everything done her way cause she is right and the King is wrong...
Another things that is not right is that the story was twisted from where the "Wishes" were given freely to the King as to he stole them... She was the one doing the stealing and doing the wrong... Again... Doing the false accusations towards the King. (Which is making him become a villain).
Not every dream nor wish should be granted... Not even in real life... That is only a dream and an escape for hope...
If every dream/wish should be granted then... Where will order and reason lies? ...
