Just watched it. I see their attempt at humor, but it missed its mark for the most part. Great action sequences, but rather silly (bordering on stupid even) storyline. Trying to mix ancient customs with modern day didn’t really impress. Many unbelievable occurrences throughout. I didn’t like White Death’s daughter. She bugged me the whole time and I was glad with her demise. Celebrity cameos helped keep my attention. Good for a one-time watch.

As a big fan of the original Ghostbusters movie, I was ready for disappointment with this one. Boy was I wrong. Afterlife has the same fun and energy as the original movie! And seeing all the original cast (sans Rick Moranis) throughout the movie was such an added bonus. They even had me tearing up at the end! Didn’t expect that! Wonderful and entertaining! A must see for fans of the original Ghostbusters movie!
