Just started watching in the past year. I've learned some cool stuff, like a sauna!
But anyway, the sketchy stuff like, pulling a Boulder from a hill, All the while Matt's looking at the rigging line that's got the potential to snap. Throw a blanket/coat or anything on the line. This will absorb the back lash to the ground.
