Am I the only one who was absolutely HORRIFIED by S2/E2, 2100 degrees? Going from one HORRIFYING exploding scene to another, watching people literally burned alive? THIS IS NOT ENTERTAINMENT! IT IS TORTURE! I read an article in USA Today about the crossover episode with 9-1-1 this week where one of the show’s executives said that, given the massive ratings, he just felt the need to “push the envelope further”. REALLY? My husband and I loved Season 1, but if this is what Season 2 will be like, we will be watching something else. Also, I don’t care much for Gina Torres’ character. Loved her work in “Suits”, but I’m not looking for an insecure paramedic, especially in the middle of a pandemic!
