(Some Spoilers) So I for one was a big fan of the Conjuring movies (1 and 2) because it had this nice feel like there was effort put into it, a genuinely good horror. This movie just felt really focused on the Warrens and their life when the trailer hinted differently, it felt like the majority of it was them wanting to not help the family (what felt like half of the movie so basically it had nothing much to do with the family). But when it actually came to scenes that had the family, the horror felt skipped and had felt like there wasnโt much scenes that actually showed something happen to them, but not only that but heavily focused on Judy that everything had to be centred around her and this mirror, the mirror felt more living rather than a cursed object. Annabelle was being reused in moments with Judy so it felt silly because it didnโt really make sense why she was thereโฆ and around the very end of the movie the โhorrorโ actually comes in! What a miracle! So they rushed the ending, this mirror spins like a mad man, stops abruptly (so scary~) Then starts Choking Tonyโฆ (Judyโs fiancรฉe) THE MIRROR. Then basically Judy and Loraine Warren puts their hand on the mirror making it feel like โthe power of friendshipโ and giving Judy a cringy line too as she stops the mirror. Literally not worth the watch, itโs a waste of time and money.๐
