Clearly well produced but told in half-truths and omissions, the bombing of Japan and the story of the Rosenbenbergs were foisted under one political narrative in the exclusion of facts. It had so many great moments, but rushed through key facts that deserved deeper observation and overplayed its hand on its political narrative.

Moved from science forward and optimistic (season 1) to melodramatic and preachy (season 3) - A terrible fall from grace on season 3. It also appears noticeable that Apple has cut the budget for Season 3. Should have ended in season 2.

There will always be haters, but I think this one is the best in years. There are still a few minor bumps, and there’s always room for improvement, but MyTeam (my favorite part of the game) keeps getting more features and improving. I still wish there was a feature that could find cards in your collection that can satisfy season achievements (i.e., Score 40 points W/ Base Edition SG) so I can add them to my lineup fight from that screen. They’ve obviously got the back-end programming - just bring it to the UI within the achievement list.

Season one was just amazing. One of my favorite shows ever. I loved the uplifting spirit of it… but then came season two. Season two feels forced, and at times it tries harder to run up the score on politics and woke-ism than it does on its original winning storyline. I’m writing this after watching episode S2 E11, and I really have high hopes that the season can turn around, but we’re in “extra time,” and it looks doubtful - hyped for failure.
