In 1993 I read a review of this book in an old magazine. I immediately ordered it through the local bookshop. To date this is the most enlightening and significant book on nutrition that I have read. I followed the diet and was very strong and healthy during this time. I have carried on some of the foods in my diet since. I am now searching unsuccessfully for another copy. I hope there is a reprint.
