QUESTION: I’m thin and feel good on plant paradox diet BUT I’m struggling to get in enough calories. More olive oil just gives me heartburn. How are you possibly getting enough calories in a 2 hour eating window with OMAD?
Also, Can you clarify why people say fasting/skipping breakfast has higher risk of gallstones (Volter Longo etc). Thanks
