Spoilers ahead: This movie really is fine up until the third act. Good performances by the main and supporting actors, decent atmosphere, and it does a good job building tension. Once we get the reveal of what is โactually going onโ, the movie falls apart. If you donโt think about it too much, maybe the whole โDraculaโ reveal can work for you, but if you think about it it too much you realize how impossible it would be for Walt De Ville to keep the secret that he is actually Dracula posing as a English noble, especially when there are dozens of people from the three families supposedly keeping this secret (and they are killing the manorโs staff to feed Dracula and his wives). Thereโs just no way they could behave like this and keep the secret for hundreds of years. And then weโre supposed to believe that Evelyn becomes a vampire hunter at the end? Come on
