I'm surprised to see the amount of negative reviews! I enjoyed this book-even though it took a little longer to read than previous novels- the characters are extremely relatable just as Rooney's other novels. Similar to her other works, Beautiful World, Where Are You has let me delve into an intellectual persons mind and see how the relationships people share together can save or destroy who you are. If you like fast paced novels, this might not be the book for you. If you are interested in the thoughts of a humans mind and intimacy between friendships and lovers; I recommend you read any novel that Sally Rooney has written.
